  6. My birthday is May 24th. IN 1883, Blooklyn Bridge was opend. Also, this day in 1775, John Hancock is elected president of the Second Continental Congress. Poet Joseph Brodsky was botn in Russia this day in 1940. His poetry treats such universal topics as life, death, and the meaning of existence.
